We charge fixed fee* rates on most matters, however hourly rates are available if appropriate. Fixed fees are invoiced in equal amounts, over a period decided at your initial consultation with us. At your initial consultation we will discuss your circumstances and goals, then determine the right fee structure for you.
Standard Hourly Rate: $450
Weekend Hourly Rate: $550
Daily Rate (for Court / mediation appearances): $2,000

Divorce - with children under 18 yrs (includes telephone court appearance): $2,000
Divorce - no children under 18 yrs (court does not require an appearance): $1,500
Parenting Plan (when you already have an agreement and want it to be more formal): $3,000
Standard Will: $1,800
Standard Wills for a couple: $2,500
Enduring Power of Attorney or Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker: $1,000 ea

Life After Separation service - a supportive service where we guide you through your separation and then coach you in the beginning of a new, happy, healthy life. (Includes negotiating a settlement, drafting of documents, going to court (if necessary), Life & Separation Coaching and assisting with issues surrounding your separation (eg parenting during and after separation or engaging with mental health, drug and/or alcohol supports)
* Fixed fee rates do not include court fees, travel expenses or other external costs which may be associated with your legal matter, unless otherwise stated. All charges are GST exclusive unless stated otherwise.
